Intrepid Athletics empowers members of the El Segundo community and surrounding Los Angeles areas to achieve their health and fitness goals with our strength and conditioning services, nutrition and lifestyle guidance, and instruction of self-applied massage and recovery techniques.
Our main goal is building strength not only for functional fitness but to help prevent injuries by emphasizing body mechanics, technique, and range of motion. Whether you play professional sports or chase after your grandchildren, our high-intensity training is scalable for every individual.
Our coaches take into consideration factors such as strength, skill, conditioning, movement quality, and injuries old and new. Workouts are as mentally challenging as they are physically demanding, so prepare yourself to push beyond what you think possible and celebrate your progress as well as others’ in our warm, supportive community of folks just like yourself looking to better themselves.
