Brian's Bowls' Caveman Meal

The biggest complaint we hear about eating clean is not having enough time to grocery shop and prepare good quality meals when your schedule is hectic. However, we’re lucky enough in the South Bay to have a tasty alternative to dirty fast food. Some of you have already discovered Brian’s Bowls, a local meal delivery service of delicious paleo meals.  They offer pre-packaged frozen meals made fresh every week that you can pop into the microwave and heat up when hunger strikes.

For those of you who haven’t tried them, you’ll be in for a treat this next Wednesday, May 23rd from 4:30-7pm, because Brian’s Bowls will be setting up and cooking fresh paleo meals (regular and extra large sized) to purchase in our parking lot.  Regular sized meals will be $8.00 and extra-large meals $10.00.  They’ll also have a selection of frozen meals to purchase and take home.

A little background about Brian’s Bowls:  they are a CrossFitting mom and pop shop that make their meals from scratch every week just a couple of days prior to delivery.  Their menus change from week to week and are incredibly diverse.  This week’s selection consists of Indian Vindaloo, Beef Bourguinon, and Filipino Chicken Adobo!  They list all ingredients as well as the meal’s paleo compliancy.

All orders must be placed by Sunday for free delivery to our gym on Thursday mornings.  Make sure you show up (hungry) this Wednesday, May 23rd, from 4:30pm to 7pm.  Bring your appetite and your friends!

Ruth, I’m psyched about Brian’s Bowls coming to CFI. I’ve been meaning to try them for months, but have never gotten around to it. Thanks for organizing and getting them to visit the box.
