Also, most of the parking lot will be blocked off for spectators and athletes to set up camp if you want. Bring EZ Ups, coolers, etc and make yourselves comfortable. We just ask that you keep the parking lot clean when you pack up. Kiddie pools for competitors will be available if you want to bring ice!
Kids are welcome, but they will have to either stay inside the kids’ room or play supervised outside. Mellow canine kids are also welcome but have to stay outside and on leash. We’ll be tapering the workouts through the week for competitors. Be smart this week. Hydrate, get your sleep, take care of them calluses, and dial in your nutrition (if you haven’t already!).
