We’re just a little over two weeks into the Nutrition Challenge, how are you all faring so far? If you’ve been on a Whole30, as we encourage, you’ll probably notice that the crankiness/cravings have subsided and it’s now becoming an easier routine.

Sometimes you run into a question and it sets in a mini-panic mode feeling. While I’m happy to help whenever I can, some of you have questions about what is “normal” to experience during a Whole30 and you want that answer — now!

Fortunately, there is already a massive amount of data out there by people who have walked these exact steps before you. Although you could just do an internet search for “whole30 recipes”, beware that Random Joe’s blog may be misguided in their concepts of what is/isn’t a good idea or allowable.

To obtain a wealth of info that usually is chimed in by someone from the Whole9 staff, check out their site or their other social media outlets. The benefit is that you can likely search for a particular condition or symptom you’re experiencing and see if someone else also ran into it and what advice was given.
