CrossFit Intrepid Kids

By Sean | In Kids | on July 1, 2013

Spread the word about CrossFit Intrepid Kids! We offer classes for three ages groups: 4-7 years, 8-12 years, and teens. Each session is tailored to the developmental and physical capacities of the respective age groups, and every class wraps up with a “game” or fun activity promoting idea that exercise should be challenging but enjoyable. Currently the 4-7 years and 8-12 years classes are 30 minutes long and the teens class runs for 60 minutes. Check out the CrossFitKids.com website to read more on their philosophy and training approach with children. With physical education programs often getting hit and cut back, CrossFit Intrepid Kids is a great way to ensure your child has access to structured physical activity that builds a foundation for success in whichever sport or endeavor they choose to pursue.

Prospective Intrepid Kids are able to attend two classes free of charge. This helps you and your child see if you like the class, but also helps us see if your child is a good fit in our program too. Pricing details will be finalized next week and posted on our rates page. Contact us if you’re interested, and we’ll include you on the email list with the latest details involving our CrossFit Intrepid Kids program.

With the July 4th holiday this week our only Kids classes being offered are on Tuesday afternoon at 3pm and 3:30pm (sorry, no teens class this week). Also, our regular CrossFit class schedule has been updated, so check out the latest class times over the holiday break here.
