Some of you may be superstitious in your daily lives, avoiding things such as walking under a ladder, opening an umbrella indoors, shunning black cats, or throwing spilled salt over your shoulder. Others think that subscribing to superstitions is silly. But how many of you have CrossFit Superstitions?
In the spirit of Halloween and today’s costume WOD, we’re going to explore and expose the wacky habits of some of our members (and coaches) which can only be explained as superstition, be it a favorite rower, bar, pull up band, abmat, or jump rope. Here are a few:
