December Challenge: 500m Row

While we tally the results of the November Pistol Challenge, we wanted to introduce the December Challenge, a 500m Row.  Many of you performed your baseline row yesterday, but if you missed it then please make it up at some point this week.  Take a look at some of the informative links below to help with your rowing form.

    my baseline row was only 15 seconds faster than my average warmup time. either i am a slowpoke when rowing for time, or i am getting one hell of a warmup all the other times… ??? :)

      @Melissa – you’re just that much of a badass. Normally you warm up at 95% of your ability and yesterday you managed to crank it up to 11. Well done! It’s everyone else that slacks off during their warm up rows.
