Membership and Rates


At Intrepid Athletics we take our time with new members to make sure you’re comfortable before attending regular classes. Feel free to start with an intro class available during any of our Tuesday classes. Just fill out the form below when you’re ready to give us a try.


If our community seems like a good fit, you’re ready for CrossFit Foundations. To begin your Intrepid Athletics experience, we’ll schedule three 60-minute one-on-one sessions with an experienced coach who will take you through all the lifts and most of the movements you will encounter in a CrossFit class. During the session, your coach will get an idea of your abilities and limitations so we can properly tailor workouts for you in class. Each session will also include a short workout at the end. All three sessions must be completed before joining regular group classes.

All rates are month-to-month (recurring billing). We do offer reduced rates for monthly commitments of 6 and 12 months. Paid-in-full memberships are also available for 6 and 12 month pre-paid blocks. Prior to joining Intrepid Athletics, all members must complete the Foundations Course.

Our Barbell Club membership includes unlimited access to all of our Powerlifting and Olympic Weightlifting classes. Improve technique and strength in the Back Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift under the direction of our experienced Starting Strength and CrossFit Powerlifting certified coaches. Our Olympic Weightlifting class is an opportunity for athletes to dedicate time and focused attention to learning the various positions and elements of the Olympic lifts.

Studies show that children who associate exercise with fun from an early age will do so for the rest of their lives. We offer 3 stages of youth classes for development of athletic skills and general physical fitness. We begin with simple running, jumping and throwing at younger ages and move on to applying those skills to early weight training as participants enter their teenage years. Intrepid Youth membership covers any of our classes for ages 4-7, 8-12, and teens 13 and up.

This pass covers 10 visits to any of our CrossFit group or specialty classes (Running, Rowing, Powerlifting, and Olympic Weightlifting). All visits expire after 4 months.
