The video is entertaining and has a lot of great information but be warned it’s about 14 minutes long. Our friends at CrossFit Inland Valley posted the video’s link on their Twitter feed the other day and we thought it was quite interesting and post-worthy. How fitting that today we’re working up to a heavy single in the Snatch and, being the informed individual that you are, you’ll know where the Snatch came from and how it became one of the mainstays of the modern Olympic games.
