Sometimes cooking for the week gets old and repetitive. While we can be creatures of habit and stick with the tried and true recipes, it’s nice to try out new ones at times. It can even be challenging to try to take an everyday recipe and making it paleo. For instance, finding a recipe on Foodnetwork.com and altering it to fit your paleo dietary needs.
Alternatively, there are many paleo websites out there that have already done the work for you. Here are a few favorites that I turn to.
If your preferred method of recipe searching is via cookbook, there are a few good ones out there including Primal Blueprint Cookbook written by one of the trainers’ favorite bloggers, Mark Sisson. Everyday Paleo’s Sarah Fragoso also has a cookbook of the same name.
