There are tons more sites out there, but these will get you started on the right track. Take some time today to clean out anything left in the pantries that may hinder your success, restock with paleo goodness, and plan your first week of meals. Don’t set yourself up for a situation where you are starving and the ‘only option’ is to eat the pasta and pizza your office mates bought!
