Powerlifting classes are geared towards the CrossFitter, competitive Powerlifter, or anyone looking to increase strength, power, and efficiency with Back Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift. 60 minutes are allotted for each session and a daily workout will be provided and tailored to the needs and goals of each lifter by our Starting Strength and CrossFit Powerlifting certified coaches.
