Our Running class focuses on improving running mechanics, cadence, and pacing. Whether your goals are to feel less pain and more at-ease when running or to cut time off of your sprints or marathons, our workouts are tailored to help you reach your running goals. Our Running class workouts are meant to be performed in addition to our CrossFit class workouts in order to improve strength and general physical preparedness which in turn will improve running performance. Classes are led by Coach Jake, who himself is an active distance runner and has run Cross Country at the collegiate level. Jake also specializes in writing individualized running programs, so if you’re not able or interested in training with our class, Jake can train you in a personal training setting or develop a program for you to train on your own.
